These terms govern your use of The Singularity Report, published by Prosperitas Futura LLC. If you use the site, you accept them.
Acceptance
By reading, linking to, or otherwise using The Singularity Report, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The publication
The Singularity Report is an informational paper of record for the Great Transition. Articles, the clock, and the public log are news and commentary. The Editor may take an article down. Copy stays factual.
Not advice
Articles, the ASI Arrival Clock, the public log, and other material on this site are news and commentary. They are not investment, legal, medical, or other professional advice. Do not treat a clock window, an article, or a forecast as a recommendation to buy, sell, or act.
Your submissions
If you send a message through the contact form, we use that content only to respond. Newsletter signup is an email address for The Daily Report, not a license to publish your mail as a letter to the editor.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the site, the contact form, or The Daily Report. Do not attempt unauthorized access to staff accounts, the database, or hosting. Do not interfere with the desk: scraping that degrades the service, flooding forms, or trying to poison intake is not allowed. Automated reading of public pages in ordinary measure is fine.
Our content
Text, articles, clock copy, and other original material on The Singularity Report remain the intellectual property of Prosperitas Futura LLC. Quoting with credit is fine. Do not republish the wire as your own product, strip attribution, or present the clock as someone else’s forecast.
Disclaimer
The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that the desk is complete, that every article is free of error, or that the clock will move on any schedule. Cited forecasts belong to the people we cite. We do not pretend we know.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Prosperitas Futura LLC and The Singularity Report are not liable for losses that arise from use of the site, the clock, the articles, or The Daily Report — including missed trades, delayed mail, or downtime. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Changes
When these terms change, we post the update on /terms with a new effective date. Continued use after a post is acceptance of the new terms.
