Privacy policy

Effective 25 August 2026

The Singularity Report is published by Prosperitas Futura LLC. This policy covers the personal data we collect when you read the site, subscribe to The Daily Report, or send a message through the contact form.

Who we are

Prosperitas Futura LLC operates The Singularity Report. Reach the operator only through the public contact form. We do not publish a separate legal inbox or phone number.

What we collect

If you subscribe to The Daily Report, we collect the email address you submit. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message, and we may store the network address of the request. Staff accounts store an operator email and a hashed password. There is no public registration product. The site also loads Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which collect usage and performance measurements.

How we use it

We use newsletter email to send a confirmation message, a welcome message after you confirm, Daily Report mail, and to honor unsubscribe requests. We use contact-form submissions so staff can reply. We use analytics and hosting records to operate the site and see how it performs. We do not use this data to run ads.

Email (The Daily Report)

The Daily Report is email only. We send a confirmation link before any Daily Report. Until you confirm, the address stays pending. After you confirm, it is marked confirmed. If you unsubscribe, it is marked unsubscribed. We store hashes of the confirmation and unsubscribe tokens, not the tokens themselves. Mail is sent with Resend.

Contact form

Name, email, and message are stored in the publication database so staff can respond. We may also store the request’s network address. When operator mail is configured, a copy of the message may be emailed to the operator, with your address as the reply-to.

Analytics and hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel. The publication database runs on Neon. Admin media may be stored on Vercel Blob. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights run on the public site. There are no advertising pixels and no ad network.

How long we keep it

Newsletter addresses stay until they are unsubscribed, and as needed after that to honor the unsubscribe. Contact inquiries stay as long as we need them to respond. We then delete or anonymize records in the ordinary course of running the desk.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. Processors we use (Vercel, Neon, Resend, and, for admin media, Vercel Blob) see data only as needed to host the site, store records, send mail, or measure performance.

Your choices

Unsubscribe with the link in Daily Report mail or at /subscribe/unsubscribe. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, use the contact form.

Children

The Singularity Report is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe we have, tell us through the contact form and we will delete it.

Changes

When this policy changes, we post the update on this page with a new effective date.
